NTX Dig ("we," "us," or "our") operates ntxdig.com. We are an excavation and dirt work company based in Cleburne, Texas, and part of the Signature Trade Works family of companies. This page explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to quote and do your job, we do not sell it, and we are not in the data business. We are in the dirt business.

Information We Collect

When you fill out our quote form, call us, or text us, we may collect:

• Your name and contact information, such as your phone number and email address
• Your zip code and the location of the job site
• Details about the work you want done, including any notes, measurements, or photos you send us
• How you heard about us

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. If we use analytics tools, they collect similar aggregate information to help us understand how people find and use the site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your quote request and call you back
• Prepare estimates and schedule and perform the work
• Communicate with you about your project, including by phone and text message
• Keep records of completed work, including job site photos
• Improve our website and services

If you contact us by text message or submit your phone number through our form, we may reply by text about your quote or project. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketing list brokers. Your phone number exists in our world for one reason: so we can call you back about your job.

When We Share Information

We only share your information in a few situations:

• Within the Signature Trade Works family. If your job fits one of our sister companies better, we may pass your request to them so the right crew calls you back.
• Service providers. We use ordinary business tools such as website hosting, form processing, and scheduling software. These providers handle data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements. If a law, court order, or government request requires us to disclose information, we will comply.
• Utility locates. When we call 811 before digging, we provide the job site address so underground utilities can be marked. That is a safety requirement, not marketing.

Cookies and Analytics

This is a simple static website. It does not require an account and does not set cookies for advertising. If we add analytics, it will be used to count visits and understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, not to build profiles of individual visitors.

Data Retention

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we reasonably need them to run the business, honor warranties, and meet legal and tax requirements. If you want your contact information deleted from our records, ask us and we will take care of it unless we are required to keep it.

Your Choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and you can tell us on any call that you do not want follow-up contact.

Children

Our website and services are for adults hiring excavation work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of the page.
